Good vein care starts by understanding the symptoms, the visible veins and—when needed—the source of reflux beneath the skin.

The vein you can see may be a branch of a larger reflux pathway. Standing ultrasound can map the flow and help determine whether the main vein, visible branches or both should be addressed.
看得見的凸起血管可能只是較大逆流路徑的分支。站立超音波能描繪血流，協助判斷需要處理主幹靜脈、可見分支，或兩者都要評估。
Spider veins are assessed by colour, size, depth and pattern. Targeted sclerotherapy uses a fine needle and a small amount of sclerosant; treatment and recovery are gradual and may require more than one session.
蜘蛛絲血管需依顏色、粗細、深度與分布評估。精準硬化劑治療使用細針注入少量藥物，治療與恢復是漸進的，也可能需要分次進行。
Symptoms, physical findings and ultrasound results do not always tell the same story. Dr. Liang first identifies what is causing the problem, explains the findings in clear English or Chinese, and then discusses appropriate options without assuming every patient needs the same procedure.
